Three steps. Ten minutes. Smooth is a feeling.
- Wet & lather. Warm shower, slip the glove on, add the body wash you already love.
- Small circles. Light pressure — arms, legs, back, anywhere. You control the intensity. 1–3× a week is plenty for most skin.
- Rinse, hang, done. Rinse the glove, wring it out, hang it by the loop. It dries fast so it's fresh for next time.
Gentle-use notes: start gentle and patch-test if you're sensitive. Skip broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. If you use retinoids or exfoliating acids, go easy and check with your derm. Moisturize after — that's the whole point.
