The Ritual

Three steps. Ten minutes. Smooth is a feeling.

  1. Wet & lather. Warm shower, slip the glove on, add the body wash you already love.
  2. Small circles. Light pressure — arms, legs, back, anywhere. You control the intensity. 1–3× a week is plenty for most skin.
  3. Rinse, hang, done. Rinse the glove, wring it out, hang it by the loop. It dries fast so it's fresh for next time.

Gentle-use notes: start gentle and patch-test if you're sensitive. Skip broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. If you use retinoids or exfoliating acids, go easy and check with your derm. Moisturize after — that's the whole point.
